My name is Scott Capozzoli and I am a Co-Owner of Pleasants Electric. I have an amazing wife and four awesome kids. I volunteer a lot of my time to coaching all of my kids sports teams. I was born in 1981 and I have been doing electrical work since I was thirteen years old working for my father’s electrical company. I graduated from Mesa Community College in Arizona. I also took electrical classes at Wake Tech Community College in North Carolina where I won an award for top of my class. I have extensive experience in commercial and residential construction for I have been doing this line of work for the past twenty years. I have always strived to go above and beyond to give the client the best possible product that they have envisioned.
Even as a kid, I was taking apart telephones and other electronics to understand how the wiring worked - thus beginning my interest in wiring and electricity. I gained more interest in renewable energy while obtaining my Industrial Technology degree from Appalachian State University. After graduating, I earned a position as an apprentice electrician for the premier residential electrician in Boone, NC. Several years later, my wife and I moved back to the Raleigh, NC area to be closer to our families and start one of our own. Most recently, I worked as an electrician and project estimator for one of the largest commercial electrical services companies in the Triangle. This combination of deep understanding of both commercial and residential electrical systems enables me to handle any challenge our customers have with confidence.
When I'm not working, rebuilding the engine of my 1977 Ford Bronco, or chasing after my kids with my wonderful wife, I enjoy traveling, eating Krispy Kreme doughnuts and drinking lots and lots of coffee. Alriiight!
